ANZAPLAN customers highly satisfied

ANZAPLAN is constantly striving to optimize its services to support our customers in the best possible way. Therefore annually a customer satisfaction survey in accordance with DIN 17025 and ISO 9001 is carried out in order to assure that we have our ear to you - our valued customers.

 

In ANZAPLAN’s survey Top 100 customers are asked to mark our services including the following key aspects:
-    Performance
-    Availability
-    Contact person
-    Price structure
-    Adherence to delivery dates
-    Problem solution


Additionally customers have been asked to amend their preferences and requests. Representative results (with a response rate of over 50 percent) showed an increased customer satisfaction with regard to all topics. In total ANZAPLAN received an average grade of 1,49 on a scale ranging from 1 to 6 with 1 being the top mark.


We would like to thank our customers for their highly valuable resonance and are looking forward to their steady feedback in coming years which will help us to constantly optimize our high level analytical services.


Dorfner ANZAPLAN and its laboratory are accredited by the DAkkS-accreditation chamber who is a signatory of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). Therefore analyses and testing by ANZAPLAN are internationally accepted. In addition services by Dorfner ANZAPLAN are certified and approved by ISO 9001:2000, DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005  and ISO 14001 for chemical and physical analyses, process engineering, research and development, for basic materials, industrial mineral products and systems, and environmental technology.
