ANZAPLAN at Canadian Critical Minerals Forum – Munich

ANZAPLAN participated in the Canadian Critical Minerals Forum in Munich — an important platform for strengthening German-Canadian cooperation across the critical minerals value chain. Thanks for the excellent organization by the Canadian Embassy in Munich and Invest in Canada | Investir au Canada.

Dr. Reiner Haus, Managing Director of ANZAPLAN, joined the panel discussion:
“Executives from German downstream industry will discuss their general procurement processes and the role of critical minerals in their broader supply chain strategy.”

The discussion made one thing clear:
- Security of supply is no longer optional — it is strategic.
- Procurement decisions increasingly integrate technical validation and long-term partnership models.
- Critical minerals are becoming a core element of broader industrial strategy in Europe.

The forum was also an excellent opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, partners and customers from Canada ahead of Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) — and to explore concrete next steps for future projects, which will put political initiatives into economic action for mutual benefit

Thank you to the organizers and all participants for the open and forward-looking exchange.
Looking forward to continuing the conversation in Toronto.
