Dorfner ANZAPLAN and its laboratory are ISO 17025 accredited, assigned by the DAkkS accreditation chamber, a signatory of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). This means that all Dorfner ANZAPLAN analyses are recognised internationally.

The analytic spectrum covers the inspection of raw materials, glass, ceramics and structural material with the most up-do-date devices, for example, scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDX), X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and trace element analytics using ICP, among others.

With the use of a well-equipped wet lab, even difficult decompositions succeed, for example that of minerals containing silicate. Here, strong acids are used under high pressure and high temperature, or alkali melt decompositions for the exact determination of the chemical composition. Often, the development of a suitable decomposition is the key to success.
